Health in the Heart of Ottawa

Located in downtown Ottawa, Centretown Community Health Centre (CCHC) delivers free primary health care, health education, counselling, and chronic-disease prevention, education and management services to residents of Centretown, the Glebe and Old Ottawa South.

CCHC also coordinates three citywide programs: Community Diabetes Education Program of Ottawa, Lifestyle Enrichment for Senior Adults (LESA) and GLBTTQ Youth Mental Health Counselling. Outreach staff visit drop-in and recreation centres, housing cooperatives, and private homes around the city to meet the diverse needs of Ottawa's residents.
