One of the most important indicators of our success is the satisfaction of our clients and community members. In the fall, CCHC administered a “Client Survey”. This survey has provided us with important feedback on how we are doing. More than 97% reported being satisfied or very satisfied with the care, services and/or support they had received at CCHC.
