Membership Recruitment
The Centre welcomes input from the community through its membership program drawing on their expertise, members help the organization further its commitment that individuals and communities stay healthy.
The Centre is always recruiting new members. Actively supporting the Centre’s mission and values is a great way to get involved in your community. Consider becoming a member if you:
- live or work in the Centre’s jurisdiction
- are at least 18 years of age
- are an active client, a current/passed staff member/student or, a registered volunteer
- work as a non-profit representative operating in the Centre’s jurisdiction
- represent a priority group: senior population, the GLBT community, those affected by mental illness and addictions, the homeless, and newcomers to Canada.
By becoming a member, you are eligible to:
- Vote on Centre business at the Annual General Meeting and General Meetings
- Serve on Board and Centre committees
- Serve on the Board of Directors
Have your say in governing your local Community Health Centre. Yearly membership fees are kept affordable at the low cost of $5.00. Apply today by completing this membership form.
Applications are considered year-round and unless renewing, all memberships expire on May 31st.
Members can renew their membership and support of the Centre’s mission without additional application for another year upon payment of the associated annual fees.
