Ontario’s Community Health Centres (CHCs) and Aboriginal Health Access Centres (AHACs) are leaders in improving quality of care. They work hard to reduce health inequities and increase the cost-effectiveness of Ontario’s health care system. But less than four per cent of people living in Ontario have access to Community Health Centre services.
