Healthy You

Healthy You Program is a 4 week lifestyle group that helps you learn ways to better your health through more mindful food choices, physical activity and feeling good about yourself. Our Community Dietitian will teach you about: healthy eating, reading food labels, meal planning, goal setting and more.
