Are you feeling isolated and alone during Covid-19? Come and meet new friends from a distance and enjoy a series of fun work-shops. Workshops include: art, gentle movement, theatre play and creative writing (offered in English only).

Walk or Run to Quit (Natasha)
We help you quit smoking and get in shape by regular walking (or running). Get support and build up your stamina. Walking takes the edge off of cravings and gives you a positive outlet for stress. Online Exercise Classes (Alex)
Offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1-2 p.m. The classes are led by Alex, a registered kinesiologist. No equipment is required but light dumbbells and/or resistance bands are helpful.
