About the event
Join us for Baby & Me Yoga, an hour of gentle yoga and bonding with your baby (0-6 months). Classes will include gentle strengthening, as well as breathing exercises and meditation. Bring yourself with baby, and comfortable clothing that you can move in. No experience or equipment required.
