About the event

Join us for a six-week group session on improving wellness for individuals struggling with feeling anxious or depressed. This group is an opportunity to connect with others and learn new skills for responding to anxiety and/or depression.  Tuesdays, April 9th to May 14th 2024 Time: 12 PM (noon) to 1:30 PM Format: virtual (Zoom), in English
