Join pregnant women and new moms for ideas and support on pregnancy, breastfeeding, healthy eating, food preparation, infant development, and much more.
When you come to the program you have access to:

- Free bus tickets
- Free milk voucher
- Free childcare
Drop in weekly, Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. *Not offered on the 5th Tuesday of the month*
