Handling the Cold: Cold Weather Resources from Ottawa Public Health

Ottawa Public Health has released a new collection of cold weather resources to help keep you safe during winter. This information is mainly for agencies and community partners but is helpful for everyone.

It's critical to keep aware on cold weather safety as the temperature drops and winter strengthens its hold.

Their Cold Weather Resources include important information about how to recognize and avoid illnesses associated to the cold, as well as helpful advice on remaining warm, heat requirements for rental units, and a list of places to go and find meals, or warm up.

You can find the main resources page here.
