Baby and Me Yoga (Cancelled)

Join us for Baby & Me Yoga, an hour of gentle yoga and bonding with your baby (6 weeks to 6 months). Classes will include gentle strengthening, as well as breathing exercises and meditation. From head-holders to active crawlers, we welcome all babies within this age range. Bring yourself with baby, and comfortable clothing that you can move in. No experience or equipment required.
