About the event

Come and join us in person for this fun workshop!   Learn the basics of fermentation to make healthy, affordable and delicious fermented foods!   Fermentation is used to make foods like yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickles. 

Each participant will receive a free package prior to the workshop.  Join Sun Shan of the Chi Garden as she leads us in the basics of the fermentation process and demonstrates recipe of sauerkraut.
