Spend a relaxing hour with your baby while taking care of yourself!
This class is perfect for expecting parents and families with babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months.
These sessions will include prenatal poses, gentle strengthening all while bonding with your baby and meeting other parents.
No experience or equipment needed - just comfortable clothes.
