Join us for a free community breakfast prepared with care by our volunteers and designed to welcome newcomers to the Ottawa–Gatineau region. Enjoy fresh, homemade food and opportunities to connect, learn, and build community. Seniors and allies are also warmly welcome.
Each breakfast is followed by an engaging activity that promotes learning, wellness, and connection.
