The Christmas Exchange Program offers support for individuals and families who may need extra help during the holiday season.
Please note that this program is provided on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Registrations are open from September 22 to October 26, 2026.
To apply, please call and leave a message with your name and telephone number. A staff member will return your call to complete your registration.
