Counselling

We offer up to 8 sessions for adults and couples living in Centretown, Old Ottawa South, and the Glebe.

Services are for individuals without private insurance and those living with limited resources.

Counselling appointments are Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5:00pm. Appointments are by telephone, video, or in-person and are offered in French and English.
