The 2SLGBTQIA+ service on Counselling Connect provides quick access to brief counselling (1-2 sessions) by phone or video for people age 16+ in Ottawa and the surrounding area by counsellors who are part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Get help for exploring and affirming your gender identity and sexual orientation, gender transition support, connection to 2SLGBTQIA+ community groups and resources, and info on additional counselling and support services.
