Get support replacing and safekeeping your personal identification documents.

Additional Details

Need help replacing your Canadian birth certificate or health card? Need a safe place to keep your ID?


No appointment needed, first come first serve. Clinic will close for the day once all spots have been filled. 


Services offered:

  • ID clinic (Canadian birth certificates, health cards, etc). 

  • ID safekeeping service where folks can store their ID in a secure area and access it as needed.


Please note we cannot provide help replacing citizenship or permanent residency documentation. For help with those documents, contact CCI Ottawa or the lost documents page for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada for citizenship support.
