A healthy community is one where everyone has the ability to make healthy choices. We work in partnership to help people and groups identify and take action on issues important to them.
Additional Details
Our Centre works hard to collaboratively address important local and advocacy issues. These include social isolation, community safety, racism, and poverty. CCHC may cancel or reschedule programs as needed.
