Have you thought about how you would like to feed your baby?
Has anyone ever told you about Prenatal Hand Expression?
Did you know that learning about breastfeeding and hand expression while you are still pregnant could support your breastfeeding journey?
Come learn about what to expect from your body and your baby in the early weeks. Learn about the community supports available to help. Expect a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere to help you prepare for feeding your baby.
