About the Program

Are you over 50 and concerned about your alcohol or drug use and want a safe space to talk?
To register, please book an appointment by sending an email to smartrecovery@centretownchc.org.

Additional Details

SMART Self-Management and Recovery Training is a mutual-support group offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1 to 2:30 p.m. This group is open to adults 50+. SMART is an approach to help people quit drugs and alcohol and make positive changes in their lives.

Smart recovery’s virtual meeting link changed in October 2025. If you need the new link, reach out to get the new instructions on how to join the group again. If you were given a link before this will not work anymore please email or phone us in advance of the group.
