The Centre will be closed for Good Friday on Friday, April 3rd, 2026.
On Monday, April 6th, 2026, the Centre will be open between 8:45 a.m. and 5 p.m. with no Primary Care evening hours.
On Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, the Centre will open one hour later, at 9:45 a.m.
